Hi, i've just tried to use app after a few months away.. log in didn't work (saved pw). updated app (mac) tried again, doesn't accept, also reset password just goes into a loop.. reset password logs you onto browser but doesn't allow you to update pw..

Hi, after you request password reset and click the link in the e-mail you should see: "Set new password" prompt as on the attached screenshot. Once you set new password you shall be logged in automatically to the app. This newly set password shall work on all your other devices just fine.

Once you're logged in, you can go to Profile settings and set your desired password (if you haven't already during password reset). (edited)

I can recommend changing/resetting password from the web client itself to rule out any issues with redirect URLs or deeplinks between e-mail link and desktop/mobile app.

Thanks @Tom - i think the issues was i was using the brower - sorted now
